The Twins application relies on the following third-party infrastructure providers:

Twins is not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, or security incidents of these third-party providers. 3. Nature of the Service

Twins provides a software tool that facilitates the cloning and transfer of data between Supabase database projects. The Service includes schema cloning, row-level data transfer, storage bucket cloning, edge function deployment, authentication configuration transfer, cron job synchronization, and scheduled automated cloning.

3.1 Technical Intermediary

Twins acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not own, control, inspect, or assume responsibility for the data processed through the platform. All data operations are performed through the Supabase Management API and Supabase client libraries. Twins does not directly access database files, storage systems, or infrastructure — all interactions are mediated through Supabase's official APIs.

3.3 No Data Retention

Twins does not store, retain, or have persistent access to your database contents. Data is read from the source project via Supabase APIs and written to the target project via Supabase APIs in real time during the cloning operation. The data transits through our worker infrastructure in-memory only and is never written to disk. No copies of your data are retained on Twins infrastructure after the operation completes or fails.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Twins platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, source code, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of Twins SAS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright law, trademark law, patent law, and trade secret law.

The Twins name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Twins SAS. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Twins SAS.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any use of content from the Twins platform without prior written consent from Twins SAS is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights subject to civil and criminal penalties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The information and services provided on the Twins platform are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Twins SAS makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, performance, or suitability of the platform.

5.1 General Exclusion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twins SAS and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Twins Parties") shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, cost of substitute services, or any other commercial damages — arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Twins platform.

5.2 Data-Specific Exclusion

Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups, verifying the integrity of their data before and after clone operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.3 Aggregate Cap

The total aggregate liability of the Twins Parties arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts paid by you to Twins in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100). For users on free plans, the cap shall not exceed fifty euros (EUR 50). For the full limitation of liability terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Twins SAS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, availability, or security of any third-party websites or services. 7. Analytics and Cookies

Twins uses Mixpanel for product analytics to understand how users interact with the platform and improve the Service. Mixpanel may collect usage data, device information, and interaction events. For details on Mixpanel's data processing, see Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.

This legal notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise provided in our Terms of Service.
